Browsing the internet I located this website.  It has some very good insite, and information on our sport from Pedro Alberto.  I will be pulling exerpts from it from time to time and posting them here to remind us of things we should keep in our thoughts, as well as to preserve these gems of wisdom and pass them on to others.
